Dried fruit purées can be custom designed with minimum volume requirements, choose any fruit or any blend of fruits. Storage
Fruit flake powder should be stored in a cool, dry atmosphere not to exceed 70°F.
Reconstitution
Although the end usage will ultimately dictate the correct ratio, fruit flake powder generally requires three to five parts water to one part powder, to fully reconstitute.
